This is a great fit for someone at the very start of their engineering career, whether that's a recent graduate, bootcamp grad, or career changer, who's already hands-on with AI: building with it, tinkering with it, or using it seriously in their own projects or studies. This is not a role where you will sit in the background waiting for permission to contribute. From day one you will be writing real code, solving real problems, and working alongside engineers who challenge each other to be better every day. We value in person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role will follow our hybrid work pattern of 2 days a week in our Manchester city centre office.
