That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. We are searching for an accomplished Event Manager to join our Global Strategic Events team. We are looking for a stellar teammate who is passionate about narrative, visual language, and the power of empathy in the creative process. You will report to the Director, Global Demand Events located remotely and will be occasionally required to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time (must have an active passport and valid US Visa ). This role is eligible for remote work within the United States. You must reside in the United States. You Will: - Execute end-to-end planning and delivery of a portfolio of third-party events, including industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution aligned to global standards and strategy. - Own all logistics and operational details for assigned third-party events, including booth management, shipping, vendor coordination, on-site staffing, and post-show reconciliation. - Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales to ensure third-party event programs are integrated with broader campaign plans and go-to-market priorities. - Manage sponsorship fulfillment for assigned events, ensuring all contractual deliverables are met, including exhibit space, speaking opportunities, digital placements, and hosted customer experiences. - Drive lead capture, meeting programs, and attendee engagement strategies that support pipeline generation and measurable business outcomes. - Coordinate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up are aligned and executed effectively. - Manage event budgets for assigned programs, tracking spend, processing invoices, and delivering programs within approved investment levels. - Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and cross-functional checklists to drive accountability and on-time delivery across all workstreams. - Research and evaluate new third-party event opportunities, providing recommendations on sponsorship tiers, audience fit, and expected business impact. - Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead routing, event tagging, and post-event reporting to measure pipeline influence and program ROI. - Maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and agency partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure seamless program execution. - Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable event processes, templates, and playbooks that improve operational consistency and efficiency. - Support the Senior Manager and broader events team on cross-portfolio initiatives, flagship programs, and strategic priorities as needed. - Other duties as assigned You Have: - 5 years+ of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event management, with direct ownership of third-party conference and trade show execution. - Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience managing event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship fulfillment processes. - Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Operations stakeholders. - Familiarity with lead capture tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms; experience with event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, or similar) is a plus. - Excellent project management skills with experience building and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines. - Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely status updates. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support on-site event execution (up to 25–30% travel). - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
