We are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager to achieve new levels of scale for our business by harnessing Global partnerships with key strategic Indian SI partners. What You’ll Do: - Build and execute a plan to maximise client success and revenue growth potential amongst target Global Indian SI Partners - Drive joint partner solution development, go-to-market scale, pipeline generation and delivery excellence - Lead and establish senior relationships, influence and commitment amongst Datadog Leadership and Partner Executives - Coordinate technical and marketing execution of integrated partnership launches - Establish practice-level technical capability amongst Architect, Consultant, Engineering and Analyst communities. - Host regular business reviews with partners to drive commitment and accountability, and report on success metrics - Work hand-in-hand with Datadog's regional enterprise, mid-market and commercial sales organizations, as well as regional Partner Sales Managers, Partner Solution Architects, Partner Marketing, and our Cloud Alliances - Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue Who You Are: - 7+ years of experience in partner sales roles with software/SaaS vendors. Proven ability to build long-lasting partnerships - Deep experience and understanding of working with the leading India SIs - Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing - Willingness to travel 30% of the time Datadog values people from all walks of life.
